Serena Mara lodge is a superb lodge with 74 unique rooms designed and styled to echo the traditional Masai manyatta houses and are nicely decorated to offer comfort, luxury and tranquility. Serana is the only permanent lodge within the Mara Triangle section, set on the hillside; it has a prime game-viewing area, especially on the great migration cycle between July and August when wildebeest and other lesser animals cross the Mara River.
Serena lodge has a selection of 74 individual huts grouped in a circular overlooking the open plains, the various room categories include Superior and deluxe rooms, family and executive suites; All rooms are superbly designed and furnished with a king/queen size bed, mosquito net, own bathroom, dressing area, internet access, LED television, ceiling fun, a personal safe, coffee/tea making facilities, hair dryer, direct dial Telephone, and 24 hour room service among other luxurious amenities.
Meals at Serena lodge are well planned and prepared from freshly produced product, this includes African and western breakfast, lunch and dinner. The meals are usually served in the dining area/restaurant or on a special set candle lit bush dinner/breakfast.
