On this day you will be picked from Malindi airport or on an agreed venue in Malindi and driven to Lonno Lodge; on arrival you will check in, have lunch and a brief rest. In the afternoon, you will have a small tour of Watamu, then spend rest of the day relaxing on beach or by the pool side enjoying various treatments on offer.
Lonno Lodge is a small luxury lodge located a few kilometers north of Watamu town; it is beautifully designed on a huge rock overlooking the Ocean, they offer top beach holiday facilities, activities and excellent services. It’s a perfect spot for secluded beach holiday, honeymoon, private wedding and family getaway.
On this day after a delicious breakfast, you will start with a sailing trip to Sand Island to watch dolphins, birds, turtles and other marine life. Then return to the lodge where you spend the rest of the afternoon indulging in a deep-tissue massage, relaxing on the beach and on sunset nature walks along the beach.
On this day, you will have a morning Malindi tour; taking you to the historical Gedi Ruins, Mambrui ruins, the Vasco Da Gamma pillar, the Portuguese chapel, the pillar tombs, the snake and crocodile farm, then pass by the old market to buy some souvenirs and gifts to take back home. In the evening you will be free to spend some quality time either on the beach, by the poolside or on your private verandah.
On this day, the morning will be left on you to engage in any of the water sport and activities of your choice, after that you will have lunch and a brief rest, then you will be transferred to Malindi airport for your return flight.
